Hi! I’m Nick Daniel Lichanos Cochrane and I live in Massachusetts. I have over 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries. I LOVE to travel and ever since I became lactoseintolerant I have faced challenges with finding food accommodations. I’m on a mission to help all of us who have food allergies to make travel just a little bit easier. If you are ever stressed about where you’re going to eat and if the food will make you sick, then you know what I’m talking about. I’m also hopeful that more and more places will start making their menus more allergen friendly.
