On January 3, 2021 we found Ficus hiding underneath a pickup truck. He was tiny, skinny, starving, full of fleas and earmites. We estimated that he was about 3 months old. We brought him to our home in the countryside and he grew up with our doggies Emma & Shirley. Later on we found out that he was a Japanese bobtail. That explains his very playful nature. He’s also highly intelligent and affectionate. Ficus will turn 4 in September 2024.

Ficus is no ordinary cat. He has given me so much love and comfort especially when my sister Diane passed…so soon after my favorite brother Carlo passed. He has given me more than what I could ever give him.
