Overnight Bagel Sandwich Casserole
Ingredients:
6 bagels
1 pound sausage
1 can RoTel, drained
12 eggs
2 cups milk
salt & pepper, to taste
8oz block cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Cook sausage until done, add RoTel and drain.
Spray a 9X13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
Place the bottoms of the bagels in prepared dish.
In a large bowl mix the eggs, milk, sat, and pepper.
Put sausage mixture on top of bagel bottoms.
Next add the shredded cheese.
Place the tops of the bagels on top.
Pour over the egg mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the Morning:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Uncover the Bagel Sandwich Casserole and bake for 2535 minutes, until egg mixture has set.
Applewood Julep
Ingredients:
4 cups apple juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.
