Recipe for canning roast meat in a jar. You can can pork neck, pork shoulder or pork leg. The meat will keep in the jar for more than a year. Prepare it when you can buy meat and when you have electricity, eat it when you need it! Melt the fat and lunch or dinner is ready! I use lard as a preservative, a natural way of preservation, without chemicals. This is how our ancestors preserved meat!
