In this episode, we're diving into a full home inspection for a development just shy of its third birthday. Requested by the homeowners, we've been tasked to document defective and noncompliant works in order to file a claim with their insurance.

However, this isn't your average inspection. The builder responsible has since gone into liquidation. Now, the homeowners are left dealing with the consequences.

From repeated garage flooding leading to mould growth to questionable cladding installation using Nasahi panels, this inspection is far from routine. To top it off, the roof situation is nothing short of a disaster!
