22:55 At this time I was posting my guide dog training videos that had been prefilmed so I thankfully didn’t have to film content for awhile and could just focus on my health.

23:22 I had also been unable to workout since June, so I went from having a great workout routine of 46 days a week to being fully unable to workout and am just now finally starting to have enough strength to begin to workout a bit again.
