I tried to find a menstrual that actually works for more than 10 years. I tried the Mooncup, Dicavup, and Meluna Sport, but all of them kept leaking, moving around, never forming proper suction, and even causing horrible cramps by putting pressure on my cervix. It turns out that my cervix is low during the heaviest days of my periods, so all the regular menstrual cups were simply too long. Merula cup is perfect for a short cervix, but it still holds a lot! In fact, it holds 38ml compared to 30ml for the Divacup, so it's amazing! I only have to empty it twice a day, and the rest of the time I can forget that I'm having my period. This is no joke the most life changing feminine product that I've ever tried. For the first time, I can confidently plan to go out, exercise, hike, travel without any worries about leaking.
