Josh said it was easy to ignore his symptoms of testicular cancer. He was experiencing back, abdominal, and chest pain, but because he lifts things a lot for work, he didn’t think anything of it. When he discovered a lump on his testicle, he still didn’t think it would be cancer but an ultrasound of the mass and CT scan found more than 20 lesions on Josh’s lungs.
