Today I made the difficult decision to say "No Thanks" to a brand new 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser First Edition at MSRP. It was a tough choice because I sincerely love the Land Cruiser nameplate and would enjoy providing new content on that platform, BUT my gut told me to wait. In this video I talk through the reasons why I ultimately decided against buying the new 2024 Land Cruiser 1st Edition. Do you think I made the right call? What would you have done?

There's a lot to like about this new Land Cruiser... but there's a lot to dislike too (comparatively speaking to the 200 series 2021 Land Cruiser Heritage Edition). Don't love the idea of the 4 cylinder iForce Max power plant (in a LC... like cmon!), price is high, not enough seating for my family of 6, and it'd pretty much torpedo our home sale and buying goal.
