A friend from Odessa shared her traditional dish of Odessa cuisine “Odessa stewed nalistniki with cottage cheese in the oven.” These are the most delicious pancakes I have ever tried!

Ingredients:
Thin pancakes 25 pcs 24 cm
800 ml milk
4 pcs eggs
1.5 tbsp sugar
a pinch of salt
250 g wheat flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
100 ml water
Filling:
Cottage cheese 700 gr
Raisins 100 gr
Cranberry 100 gr
Eggs 2 pcs
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
pinch of salt
Zest of 1 lemon
3 tbsp sugar
