THis is really a super easy to make almond cookies. Non butter but addictive to eat.
I have a version of this a matcha cookies too!

Pre heat your oven at 160*C
110 Gram all purpose flour, 20 gram almond powder, 50 gram powder sugar, 10 gram cocoa powder, 3 gram coffee granule dissolve in 45 gram milk, 50 gram rice oil or vegetable.
for the topping i will suggest white chocolate, because the bitter taste of cookies very comptaible to the taste of almost melted chococolate which is similar the taste of caramel.
