Welcome to my delicious kitchen! Today I'm excited to share with you a delicious recipe for a refreshing avocado salad that's perfect for any occasion. Ingredients
00:00 1 ripe avocado.
00:30 1 cucumber.
00:49 1 cup cherry tomatoes.
01:05 Mozzarella.
01:45 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley.
01:59 Red cabbage.
02:23 Salt and pepper for taste.
02:31 Juice of half a lemon.
02:42 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.

Instructions:

First, cut the avocado, cherry tomatoes and cucumber into cubes.
Finely chop fresh parsley and red cabbage
In a large bowl, combine diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and fresh herbs.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice.
Stir everything gently until everything is well mixed.
Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy texture and bold flavor of this avocado salad!
