Ingredients:

3 eggs
100 g (4 oz) rice
1 teaspoon of salt
10 cm let
5 slices of pineapple
200 g (7 oz) smoked chicken
3 tablespoons of sour cream
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Black pepper and salt to taste
