Hundred Mile Horizon is a unique story of endurance, of humility and letting go, of the blurred lines between the ordinary aiming for the extraordinary.

The first 100miler documentary of it’s kind in South African trail running, the film follows the journey of three unique runners, Andre Redinger, Matt Dove and Rob Graham from stage to stage of the inaugural Karkloof100 held in September 2017. Over 36 hours, the film crew followed these three runners, fuelled by the inspiration that drives their work for leading NPC, Southern Lodestar Foundation, Hundred Mile Horizon explores the beauty and meaning of everything, through running.

The film explores how much of a spiritual journey these runners undergo every step of the way and why they push themselves to such extremes; ultimately showing that running a 100miler is as much of an emotional challenge as it is a physical one.
