METHOD:

Double Woodland Ruffles

Mesh: Cut Woodland Ruffles 34in long

Ribbon Tails: Cut 12in long

Place 6 Pipe Cleaners at each Crossbar on Dollar Tree Frame. You will need 6 Pink Woodland Ruffles cut at 34in and 6 Blue Woodland Ruffles cut at 34in.
