In 2021, BDMLR designed and constructed a specialist seal hospital. Located in Cornwall in south west England, the facility is an ICU for seal pups during their winter pupping season.

Staffed by dedicated volunteers, the hospital uses cutting edge techniques and technology to ensure the sick or injured seal pups get the best start in life after traumatic events due to injury, disease or human interaction.

This documentary details the work at the hospital through it's first season.
