This is my framework for training with my sales scripts:
1. Write a sales script!
2. Talk it out
3. Play the "devil's advocate"
4. Think of objections, but not necessarily only think about flaws, gaps, or shortfalls of your product or service. Think about perspectives, situations, and uncertainties in the buyer's mind. Limiting beliefs that prevent them from buying.
5. Write a sales script and a buyer's script
6. Write, read, reduce, and refine
7. Record your practice video, and audio. Do it in little chunks. Listen and watch over and over.
8. Practice all and bits and pieces from memory
9. Roleplay!
10. Take notes, markup, and refine on calls
11. Share in sales meetings
