Trevor Bauer walks us through a weighted ball warmup with NCAA baseball player, Marika Lyszczyk and finishes off warmups with a fielding drill to prepare for the curveballs. They take to the mound to work on throwing and take a video to see Marika's biomechanics. Once they get the body positioning set, Trevor explains the 3 keys to his gangster curveball: 1. Stiff wrist 2. Cut the ball in half 3. Shoot like a gangster.
