Are your knives sharp? If you aren't sure use our simple two step test to check! All you need is a bright source of light and a piece of paper. The first step is a visual inspection with the light, looking for reflectivity from the cutting edge. If the knife passes the first step we move on to step two which is a cutting test using paper.

This simple test will allow you to easily and effectively check each of your knives for sharpness and quickly determine whether any of them need sharpening.
