When you CAN and CANNOT use Personal Conveyance. Every company has a different set of guidelines that company driver and independent contractors must follow. Our guidelines are set to keep our drivers legal and safe at all times to avoid citations and unnecessary fines.

"Personal conveyance is the movement of a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) for personal use while offduty. A driver may record time operating a CMV for personal conveyance as offduty only when the driver is relieved from work and all responsibility for performing work by the motor carrier".
