Welcome to the 2nd installation of the 'How to sell' series. I cover the massive importance of voice tonality and the impact that it will have on your sales process and the close rate.

Vocal tonality and body language are about 80% of the entire sales pitch. So it's significantly more important how you say things as opposed to what you say and what words you use. This is why a sales script, while practical, won't help you much if you are not confident and don't know how to utilize your voice and body language to the best of your ability.

Your vocal pitch will play a key role in how you are perceived and whether you are friendly, commanding, or unconfident.
