03:00 Drop your sails & furl as fast as your can
03:10 Motor 35 boat lengths downwind from the crew in the water
03:30 Turn into the wind and get lined up using flags or other instruments
03:45 lower engine speed to idle forward slow down
04:09 Aim right for them on the same side as the helm
04:20 Go to neutral 12 boat lengths from the COB
