In order to put the engine and the windscreen wipers in the initial position, release the metallic tab from its place. Then turn on the engine and activate the windscreen wipers until it stops. The engine should now be in the initial position.

Before removing the windshield wipers, place adhesive tap in order to keep a precise indication of their location at the end position. This will make it possible to correctly position them when reassembling.
