How to quickly and easily remove rust from the sides of ice skating blades. All it takes is a little WD40 and steel wool.. and then remove WD40 with a paper towel. A simple and easy process.
Rust on skate blades is a super common problem caused by either failing to completely dry the skate blades after a skate. The snow left on the blade melts and puts a little surface rust on the side of the blades. Rust on the bottom of the blades can generally be removed with a skate sharpening. Happy ice skating!
