Clean surface
Use TSP on area / Lime Away or Bathworks Acid Wash
Sand chipped area with 80120 grit sandpaper
Fill chip with Bondo and Cream Hardener
Sand with 80 grit 120220 grit and then 400 grit
make sure edges are sanded down smooth and feathered.
