We tried covering the entire subject as much as we know and as much as we could.
The most obvious thing we didn't speak about of course, when you see your budgie plucking its feathers, stop it from doing it right away! Even if it costs holding your budgie against its will.
We are not experts and don't claim to be, please visit a vet when you suspect that your bird is suffering from feather plucking.
In case your budgie is plucking its feathers aggressively, the vet will provide a collar for birds to prevent them being able to pick their feathers, but in case the vet didn't provide a collar, you can create one yourself using the bottom of a bottle, just melt the sides of the bottle so your bird doesn't get hurt from the sharp edges.
