How to read auras

Step 1.
Start by focusing and refocusing your eyes for a few moments. Next, close your eyes and allow them to rest.

Step 2.
Place your hand in front of a solid colour background, white works best, palm facing out.

Step 3.
Relax your eyes and start focusing on the middle of your hand. Notice your peripheral vision.

Step 4.
Now you can start to really pay attention to the blurred colour around your hand, still in your peripheral vision, it may be white or grey at first, you may not see any colour at all, but keep looking and be patient.

Step 5.
Soon the area will expand, and you will see a colour or a range of colours.

Step 6.
Once you have seen a colour or colours, close your eyes and for a very brief moment you will see your aura.
