There are many reasons for a cat to become blind. My dear Donovan is blind but does this make him useless? Can't he live a fulfilled, happy life? I heard people saying that blind cats are just sad creatures that can't be happy and should be released from their pain. But THAT would be cruel. A blind cat can be as happy as any other cat and they don't even need that much more care. A different one but they give you so much in return. Trust and love and the joy to see them happy.
If you think about adopting a blind cat, never hesitate. They're wonderful creatures!
