Darn those holes!! You may have seen our earlier post on darning socks, so if you're on a roll here's another technique to mend your wellloved (but holey) sweater! This approach uses the duplicate stitch to copy existing knit stitches and rebuild missing material seamlessly. This is the best method to use for invisibly mending holes in knit fabric, and with practice can be used to rebuild large elbow holes.
