in this video, i spill the tea on how i make my vegan cheese sauce. i've been making this for YEARS and don't remember how i got the recipe otherwise i would properly site. i use this for mac n cheese, nachos, alfredo sauce, i've even made mozzarella cheese out of this! the recipe will be written down below for those who need to see it. let me know if you wanna see more content like this!

1/4 cup cashews
1 cup potato
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup onion or shallot
1 garlic clove
jalapeno / serrano (for nacho cheese)
(once you can stab the potato with a fork, throw it all into the blender)

in blender:
1/4 cup boiled water
1/2 plant milk
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
salt
pepper
turmeric
