This is MY recipe for a great Italian Beef Sandwich. It's so simple, fast, and delicious. After a trip to Wisconsin several years back, Polly and I had, what I consider to be, the best meal I ever ate. 3.5 lb bottom round roast
1.5 packets of Great Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 jar of pepperoncini peppers
1/2 an onion
Crusty bread rolls
Beef bullion cubes
2 cups of water
Sliced Provolone cheese
