3 x 8 or 9 inch omelet waffle
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp olive oil
5 med eggs
1/4 cup milk
5 medium green onions fine chopped
3 clove fresh garlic fine chopped
1 1/4 cup broccoli fine chopped
1 1/4 cup shredded yam or sweet potatoes
1/2 tbsp orange zest
salt and pepper to your taste
cook until golden brown and ENJOY!!
