Mozzarella Cheese With Rennet
1gallon or 3.785L Whole Milk Cold
1cup or 237ml Non Chlorinated Water (Spring Water)
1 1/4tsp Citric Acid
1/2cup or 118ml Non Chlorinated Water
1/2tsp Vegetable Rennet
Salt tt
Mozzarella Cheese Without Rennet
1/2gallon or 1.892 Whole Milk
1/2cup or 118ml White Vinegar
Salt tt
