This this video I will show you how to make Mango Milk Tea from Powder using restaurant grade professional quality ingredients used in Boba Shops all over the world.

I owned Award Winning Bubble Tea shops for over 5years, and this recipe is very popular! Mango Milk or Mango Milk Tea is a great choice to keep on your menu.

Side note: the industry standard Brown Scoop that I am using is approx 20ml in volume. This equates to a heaping Tablespoon. You'll want to premeasure your own bubble tea scoops so you know which size you're using for your own measurements.
Also, if you're in the USA, I would suggest switching to measurements of volume using milliliters and grams instead of cups and ounces, etc. I personally find it to be a more precise system of measuring ingredients!

Ingredients:
❤ 2 scoops Mango Powder (approx 2 heaping Tbs)
❤ 2 scoops Creamer Powder (approx 2 heaping Tbs)
❤ 2 pumps Fructose (14ml or .5oz)
❤ 25ml Hot Water (just under 1oz)
❤ 150ml brewed Assam Black Tea (5oz)

Directions:
❤ Put the powders and fructose into the shaker cup.
❤ Add the hot water and stir well until combined.
❤ Add the brewed black tea & stir again.
❤ Put a scoop full, or about 56 large ice cubes in the shaker.
❤ Put all the shaker pieces together, and shake for 12 minutes.
❤ Add toppings to your boba cup, pour, seal and enjoy!
