How to make a Mandalorian helmet from Star Wars! This tutorial will show you how to make this prop armor and there are free templates available so you can make it too.

I made the helmet from steel and took the green color from Boba Fett's helmet, but you can color it the way you want of course. This helmet type is the most common type of Mandalorian helmet but there are some variations when it comes to shape and color of the helmet. This is my first Star Wars helmet (and also first scifi armor) I have ever made, but I'll probably make props like these more in the future.

I used steel sheets from 1,0 mm to 1,25 mm for the helmet, so it’s pretty thin, but still good enough for cosplay or prop armor. You can use thicker steel if you want since the design is quite simple.
