Welcome back to another video of besuretocook today we are making and showing you how to make a hot dog chili sauce from start to finish.

Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef (use your preferred type)
12 Pepperoncini peppers
1/3 cup of Pepperoncini juice
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon of chili powder (Bloomer's or your choice)
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of Mrs. Dash seasoning blend
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of mustard (dry or regular)
1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
1 cup of water
1/2 onion, diced and sliced
Instructions:

1. Heat minced garlic in a pan until translucent, about 1 minute.
2. Add ground beef to the pan with garlic.
3. Incorporate onion, salt, garlic powder, mustard, Old Bay, cumin, Mrs. Dash, white pepper, and chili powder into the beef mixture.
4. Once the beef is cooked, add Pepperoncini peppers and a portion of their juice (not all). Cook until the meat browns.
5. Stir in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook for about 1 minute.
6. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder over the mixture and cook for an additional minute.
7. Pour in 1 cup of water and simmer for another minute.
8. Allow the chili sauce to cook for 510 minutes, stirring occasionally to let some water evaporate and achieve desired thickness.
