How To Make Great Ribs On The Traeger!!

This is a low and slow execution on the Traeger Century 885. Excellent hickory smoke flavor, very juicy, nice exterior bark. Outstanding!!

Adapted from the Traeger 321 Rib recipe.
I like to use hickory pellets, but apple would be good as well!
Rub down ribs with your favorite dry rub. I use paprika, thyme, granulated garlic, coarse ground black pepper, and kosher salt.
Heat Traeger to 180, place ribs directly on rack and smoke for 3 hours.
Halfway through smoking, liberally spray with apple juice or pineapple juice
At 3 hours, pull ribs off and place on sheets of heavy duty foil big enough to wrap the ribs up in. Top with brown sugar, honey, and juice. Wrap up tight.
Raise temp to 225 on Traeger. Please foil wrapped ribs on rack and grill for 2 hours.
Take ribs off, remove from foil and discard foil. Brush with favorite sauce and place back on the grill at 225 for 45 min to 1 hour.
