1/4 cup all purpose flour
2.5 cups of broth
salt and pepper to taste

with corn starch:
2.5 cups of broth
2.5 tablespoon of corn starch
2.5 tablespoon of water
salt and pepper to taste

to make broth:
3 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 onion chopped
chicken or turkey innards or raw leftovers
3 cups of water
salt and pepper to taste
