INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 to 3 lbs beef chuck roast
1 lb potatoes
3 Roma tomatoes
1 small onion
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
7 to 8 Tbsp allpurpose flour
40 oz beef broth or stock
salt and pepper to taste
