Banana Peppers (10)
Bell peppers (1)
Jalapeno Peppers (2)
Onions (12)
Tomatoes (6)
Salt (1teaspoon)
Lime juice (2T.) or lemon juice

Directions:
chop or puree veggies.
Cook over medium heat46minutes
To eat fresh Let cool and enjoy!
To canplace hot salsa in sterile jars and water bath for quarts40 minutes, pints 35 minutes.
