You can make a delicious apple pie with only white bread and apples.

✤ Ingredients (5 pieces/rice spoon weighing)
Sandwich bread 5
1 small apple (195g)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide (or honey)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg (omit when baking in a frying pan)

✤ TIP
When grilling in a frying pan, omit egg water and apply melted butter to bake.
If baked in the oven and it is less crispy, bake another 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius
Adjust the sweetness while simmering apples while tasting them
Boiled apples taste sweeter after cooling, so make sure to match them so that they are not very sweet when hot.
