Ingredients

* Black sugar
200g of powdered black sugar (can be substituted with brown sugar)
200ml of water

* Tapioca pearls
200g of tapioca pearls
800ml of water

* Marble chiffon cake
3 eggs
70g of cake powder
6g of black cocoa powder

30g of sugar (for meringue)
10g of sugar (for batter)

50ml of milk
30ml of cooking oil
5 drops of lemon extract (optional)
Chiffon cake pan no. 1 (16.5cm x 7.5cm)
