Ribeye/entrecote, about 650 g/1,5 pound

For the marinate
1,5 ts salt
half ts MSG
half ts sugar
half ts black pepper
1 ts garlic powder
half ts smoked paprika
half ts cumin
half ts cayenne
half ts turmeric
half ts allspice
tiny pinch clove
pinch of cardamom
pinch of cinnamon
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs red wine vinegar

For the sauce
6 tbs tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
12 garlic cloves, minced
salt to taste
23 tbs cold water. (and then adjust with another tbs or two if needed)

Middel eastern or turkish pickles
Red onions
Tomatoes
Parsley
Optionally some fries
