half ts cumin
half ts cayenne
half ts turmeric

tiny pinch clove
pinch of cardamom
pinch of cinnamon
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs red wine vinegar
For the sauce
6 tbs tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
12 garlic cloves, minced
salt to taste
23 tbs cold water. (and then adjust with another tbs or two if needed)
