How to Make AUTHENTIC Mexican Chilaquiles | Cooking with Magda | Episode 003

Magda shares with you a dish that she enjoys with her family. She serves this for breakfast with eggs and refried beans. Usually the eggs are prepared over easy however sometimes she scrambles the eggs and adds some chorizo. In this video she tops with mexican cheese, avocado and sour cream. You can also add diced onions and Tapatio hot sauce if you’re up for it.

Magda likes to use California Chili Pods from El Guapo for the peppers because she finds them to be mild. This is not a sponsored video for “El Guapo” its just her preference.

Ingredients for Chilaquiles:

• 1 dozen Corn Tortillas
• Cooking Oil (Madga prefers Avocado oil)

Sauce:
• 1 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillon
• 1 Tomato
• 3 Chili Peppers
• 1 Pc. Onion
• 2 Cloves Garlic

Toppings:
• Mexican Cheese
• Avocado
• Sour Cream
• Onions
• Hot Sauce of your choice

Adjust cooking times and recommended measurements to suit your taste.
