500g Lamb Mince
1 Cup Parsley
2 Onions, Chopped
1 Bread Slice, Small Cuts
3 Green Chilli
1 Tsp Black Pepper ⚫
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Butter

‍ Preparation Steps:
1. Wash and dry the parsley thoroughly.
2. In a chopper, combine onions and bread; chop for 23 minutes until finely mixed.
3. Add lamb mince, parsley, and green chilli; continue to chop for 5 minutes for a fine blend.
4. Mix in black pepper, salt, and butter, and chop for another 5 minutes.
5. Shape the mixture into patties.
6. Cook the patties on a grill pan or flat pan over medium heat, frying each side for 23 minutes until golden and cooked through.
7. For an added twist, fry some vegetables alongside for extra flavour!
