Here's a quick tutorial using a box with paper injection mold. It's an easy way to create a cat puzzle toy that you can use over and over again and it does not require any glue.

VERY IMPORTANT: Make it yourself, but take care of your pet. Use nontoxic materials and never add any small pieces that can easily detach. If you see your cat chewing and swallowing cardboard, immediately remove the item from your pet’s environment.
