1 paprika,any colour
1 leek
2 sticks of celery
5 garlic cloves
500gr turkey mince
2 cans of black beans (drained weight 425gr)
350 gr salsa

spices:

salt
pepper
1 tap cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/3 coriander
