This video was originally filmed in 2019, and I happened to be recovering from a cold at the time, so I may seek to refilm it in the near future.

Suggested fabric: stretch fabrics like spandex, lycra, neoprene, ponte knit, scuba knit, etc. (yardage varies by size)
