How to make a bubble wall from the acryl double panel / DIY Bubble Wall

The most important thing about a bubble wall is that it works and that it doesn't leak.

In this video I want to show you how to make a working bubble wall from the acryl double panel. I'll show you a design that I developed myself. Because I have not found comprehensive information on how to make a bubble water panel, and even at home. From the beginning it was clear to me that I would not make a cell plate out of glass myself. The panel must be bought readymade. There are such. These are cellular panels made of acryl (plexiglass) or polycarbonate. As a rule, the width of the plexiglass plates is 98 cm or 120 cm, the height is practically unlimited. The width of the cells is different, it looks nice, in my opinion, which is the size of 64 mm. Polycarbonate panels have a mesh size of 32 mm, I did not find others.
So, such a sheet is cut off with a length of, for example, 2 meters, and the cut side is glued tightly. The panel will then stand on this side. Rather, it is necessary to first bring an air supply system to the panel and only then glue the open side. And finally, attach the LED lighting around the perimeter. To prevent the panel from falling, it is either tucked into a sturdy base (support frame) or, if the base is small or flat, attached to something convenient that stands next to it, to the wall, ceiling and cabinet, etc.
In the case shown here, the base is quite massive, so I didn't insert the air vents into the edge of the panel cut, but from the side. This makes it easier and there is no competition for space with LED lighting.
Well, then everything can be seen from the video: vinyl tubes are placed on the nozzles, which are connected to a common bus, which in turn is connected to the air pump via the return valve. A clip is placed on the hose of each nozzle, and the pressure of the air flowing in the hose is adjusted by its control. The pump and the lighting are connected to the mains. That's all! The idea seems simple. However, it's not that easy to do. Those who have worked with plexiglass understand me. The material is fragile and requires careful work. But who is not afraid go on!
