In this video, we'll show you how to install the Elite Series AddOn Fog Lamp Kit for your 2022+ Ford Maverick.

The only accessory missing from the new Ford Maverick is a set of fog lights, and we have the solution for you! While the Ford Maverick doesn’t come with a factory fog light option, there is still a need for light directly in front of the vehicle to increase your visibility in foggy, dusty, snowy, or rainy conditions. Headlights simply weren’t designed to provide this kind of visibility, so that’s where we come in. This kit allows you to mount two SAEcompliant fog lamps in the factory bumper, while maintaining an OEM appearance thanks to the customdesigned bezel.

Our team of inhouse engineers designed the bezel included in this fog light kit to match the factory bumper, giving you a seamless appearance between plastics. While this kit does require cutting the bumper, it’s simple to do and is absolutely worth it.

Unlike other basic harnesses on the market, the AddOn Fog Harness included in this kit allows the fog lights to operate automatically, just like you'd expect from the factory. By using an activation and deactivation wire, along with a toggle switch, the harness will turn your fog lights on automatically any time the headlights are turned on, and the switch is in the on position. This is much more convenient than manually flipping a switch on every time you want to use them!

The Elite Series Fog Lamp is built around a highlyengineered singlepiece PMMA lens. This optic was carefully designed using advanced optical simulation software to produce an asymmetric light pattern that is wider than any other aftermarket fog lamp on the market, with a 100degree spread of highly intense light. Even with this extremely wide band of light, the pattern is extremely smooth throughout, with an extremely sharp cutoff to avoid glare to other drivers, including a BMWstyle “color flicker” at the very edge of the pattern. Diode Dynamics engineers accomplished all this while still meeting SAE F3 fog light standards, for legal onroad use. Please check your local laws and regulations for aiming, installation, and applicability.

The Elite Series Fog Lamps in this kit are available in a cool white or selective yellow output color. The white is a 6000K color temperature, which is a true cool white output. This will perfectly match other LEDs on your vehicle, such as DRLs or running lights. The white option also offers a premium BMWstyle color band at the very top of the beam pattern. The selective yellow option is 3000K in color temperature, which is great for high contrast in inclement weather, or in providing a distinctive look on the road. The yellow lamp consists of a yellow multidie LED emitter paired with a yellowtinted lens, to provide unmatched output and optical efficiency, even with the intense yellow output.

All Elite Series Fog Lamps come standard with an integrated amber accent light. This backlight feature fully illuminates the main lens with amber LEDs, intended to match other parking, side marker, or corner lights on your vehicle. Check local laws and regulations for acceptable use.

Elite Series Fog Lamps are assembled in the USA using OEMgrade materials, including a precision aluminum casting, UVcoated outer lens, coppercore circuit board, and multidie automotive emitters. After being assembled by Diode Dynamics in St. Louis, Missouri, they are robotically sealed with urethane epoxy for longlasting protection against moisture, and packaged in formfit foam for safe transportation. No expense has been spared, from materials to assembly, right here in America.

Like our popular Stage Series lineup, Elite Series LED lamps have been extensively tested for longterm operation from 40 to 185 degrees F, along with vibration, moisture intrusion, and corrosion testing. All of these tests are completed to SAE standards, just like factory components on your vehicle. With integrated moistureproof vents, the lamps can “breathe” with changes in temperature, maintaining a strong seal over time. And with builtin circuit protection for voltage spikes and reverse polarity, these lights will keep working for years. They are backed by an industryleading 8year limited warranty.
